Pricing and Fees

Base Cost: $500 minimum (includes mandatory fees)

  • Cleaning Fee: $300 (fixed)
  • On-Site Team Fee: $200 (fixed)
  • Hourly Rate: $100 per hour

Example Pricing:

  • 2-hour event: $500 + ($100 × 2) = $700
  • 3-hour event: $500 + ($100 × 3) = $800

Important Details 

  • Booking window

    Please notify us of your event at least 4 weeks in advance. We only book up to 3 months in advance (i.e. Starting June 1, we are only booking through August 31) 

  • Event hours

    Events should happen outside of normal store hours — Wednesday through Sunday before 12pm or after 7pm. Events must end by 10pm. We will review Monday and Tuesday events on a case-by-case basis. 

  • Deposit policy

    50% deposit required upfront. The remaining balance is due on event day. We have a case-by-case flexibility for small orgs with budget constraints.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations more than 1 week before event: 50% refund of deposit.
  • Within 1 week of event: No refund.

Can I host a photoshoot or film in your space? 

Please submit a form above so we can review your proposal. 

Can I host an art show in your space?

Our brick walls and limited space often make it hard to hang up artwork. If you have alternate hanging methods or primarily plan to use tabletop space, definitely reach out!
